Job description


🎯You will be responsible for launching and improving multiple e-learning courses and blended  programs. You’ll also be a key player in the creation of our own cutting-edge e-learning platform to deliver an unique experience to our customers!

1 - Manage the creation, production and launch of new products ( courses, blended training)

  • Oversee the creation of courses in both production and post-production : meeting expectations of brand alignment, quality and deadlines.
  • Coordinating Trainers : you will actively participate in our trainer and , speaker network
  • Design a “pedagogical charter” to align all teams on a level of pedagogical performance.

2 - Product Discovery - be proactive in product evolution, and follow a clear sequence of releases to get there.

Your KPIs are :  NPS, referrals, retention, and measuring how people are changing their lives

  • Our #1 Value is “Create Awe”. Your role is to create the most amazing experience for our students…we want to receive thousands of “wow!” messages
  • Understand the pain points and needs of users through qualitative studies (surveys, interviews, user journey mapping, competitors) and quantitative data.Build and feed the product backlog
  • Advise, and execute on educational strategy, production, learning design, and student success.

3 - Product Quality & Delivery - Build an exceptional ‘applied learning’ experience combining best-in-class e-learning platform with one-to-one or group coaching

  • Rapidly test hypotheses and ideas with our no-code team and available tools

Organize and guide Scrum rituals within sprints (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective and refinement)  with the technical team, to find the best solutions and solve user problems and the content team

  • Own the full learning experience ( content, UX/UI, learning design ) leading the design, content and learning design team
  • How do we engage learners ? How do we structure our content? Assessments ? better videos ? What support methods should we develop?
  • Develop new approaches and models for student success

4 - Product Strategy & Reporting

  • Track, and analyze performance indicators to deliver more value to our students (acquisition, conversion, and retention)
  • Establish reporting, flag and resolve potential problems.
  • Analyze product metrics to understand what drives usage and performance.

5 - Coordinate an internal Team of A-Players and network of Top Gun Teachers, freelancers

  • Onboard new Lead UX, learning designers, video producers
  • Connect and find teachers and experts in various fields ( leadership, communication, coaching )
  • Create detailed procedures to maximize the efficiency of the entire team.

Preferred experience


Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience creating, producing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously. ( product manager, product owner, project manager )
  • Hands-on experience in researching/developing non-fiction (or educational) content.
  • Thorough understanding of production and post-production procedures
  • Problem Solver and Creative : You know how to bring new ideas to problems, and think outside the box. As a PM you must have a taste for operations. Execution is your greatest passion!
  • Strong Analytical & Critical Mind & Data Driven: You base your choices on a precise analysis of the data, and on the feedback of your users. Data is your source of truth about the success of new features.
  • Real appetency for UX and UI design - Strong sensitivity to the user experience

Skills & Experience

  • User focused : ability to understand user needs and formalize them
  • Project manager : able to manage operations from A to Z
  • Tech Savvy - You are able to interact with tech teams, you are resourceful and are familiar with no code tools (Airtable, Hubspot, Notion, etc.) (nice to have)
  • A background/passion for EdTech, Learning and Development, teaching or curriculum design is a must
