Job description

We are looking for a Top Gun Head of Product ( really really hands-on )

Want to join the next Netflix of e-learning and training and revolutionize the way people learn about psychology, leadership and performance

You love to give life to new products & experience

You want to build product that reinvent how people transform their life at Scale!!

You will have the most important role in terms of changing people lives, as it will be your KPI


You will be responsible for the launch and improvement of multiple e-learning courses, and coaching program, and the creation of a e-learning platform.

Then you’ll help us reach the international market.

You will help us develop our new Brands

  • Paradox Institute : Enterprise Products focused on Executives ( Training on Performance Coaching for Executive, Impactful Public Speaking and charisma for Executive )
  • Business Tribe : create the most attractive Business Club for entrepreneurs ( 100k - 10M )
  • Paradox : create the new Netflix of the e-learning to master yourself - We want to build our own E-Learning platform

1 - Manage the creation, production and launch of new products ( courses, Trainings, event )

  • Oversee the creation of content for multiple courses in both production and post-production : meeting expectations of brand alignment, quality and deadlines.
  • Trainers coordination : you will actively participate in the animation of our trainers, speaker network
  • Design a “pedagogical charter” to align all teams on a level of pedagogical performance.

2 - Product Discovery - Craft the vision for product evolution, and define a clear sequence of releases to get there.

your KPIs are :  NPS, referrals, retention and measure how people change their lives

  • Our #1 Value is “Create Awe” so you role is to make the most amazing experience for the student as we want to receive thousands of “Woww messages”
  • Understand the pain points and needs of users through qualitative studies (surveys, interviews, user journey mapping, competitors) and quantitative data and Build and feed the product backlog
  • Advise, and execute on educational strategy, production, learning design, and student success.

3 - Product Quality & Delivery - Build an exceptional ‘applied learning’ experience combining best-in-class e-learning platform with one-to-one or group coaching

  • Test hypotheses and ideas with fast pace working with no-code team and available tools
  • Organize and guide Scrum rituals within sprints (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective and refinement)

    • with the technical team to find the best solutions and solve user problems.
    • And the content team
  • Own the full learning experience ( content, UX/UI, learning design ) leading the design, content and learning design team
  • how to engage learners ? How do we structure our content? Assessments ? better videos ? What support methods should we develop?
  • Develop new approaches and models for student success

4 - Product Strategy & Reporting

  • Define, track, and analyze performance indicators to deliver more value to our students (acquisition, conversion, and retention)
  • Make teams truly data-driven by sharing analytics reports.
  • Establish reporting, flag and resolve potential problems.
  • Analyze product metrics to understand what drives usage and performance.

5 - Build and manage an internal Team of A-Players and network of Top Gun Teachers, freelancers

  • Hire the Top Video Producers, Learnign Designer, Writers, Researchers, Workbook designers
  • Connect and find the Teachers and experts on various fields ( leadership, communication, coaching )
  • Create detailed procedures to maximize the efficiency of the entire team.

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience creating, producing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously. ( product manager, head of product, head of curriculum )
  • Hands-on experience in researching/developing non-fiction (or educational) content.
  • Thorough understanding of production and post-production procedures
  • Problem Solver and Creative : You know how to bring new ideas to problems, and think outside the box. As the first PM you must have a taste for the operational. Execution is your greatest passions!
  • Strong Analytical & Critical Mind & Data Driven: You base your choices on a precise analysis of the data, and on the feedbacks of your users. Data is YOUR source of truth about the success of new features.
  • Real appetence for UX and UI design - Strong sensitivity to the user experience

Skills & Experience

  • User focused : ability to understand user needs and formalize them
  • Project manager : Scrum: You are comfortable with this framework. The backlog and sprints hold no secrets for you! -
  • Tech Savy - You are able to interact with tech teams, you are resourceful and familiar with no code tools (Airtable, Hubspot, Notion, etc.)
  • A background/passion for EdTech, Learning and Development, teaching or curriculum design


  • Psychology lover
