About the team 🦸

As part of the Core Insurance platform, your role will be at the heart to transform insurance from an industry perceived as a necessary evil to a service that truly protects and continuously delivers customer value. Insurance is always considered as a platform where you have to connect a lot of insurance partners (Risk carriers, assistance providers, claims administrators, contact centers, motor workshops network, expert network) but also interconnect a lot of services together (insurance software, payment, e-signature, chatbot, document scanning, CRM, Marketing, document printing …). As a Technical Solutions Engineer alongside another Technical Solutions Engineer, your role will be to maintain & develop some of the insurance toolings.

The role missions are to:

  • Administrate existing tools
  • Identify business needs and implement them in those tools
  • Deliver studies such as tool benchmark, feasibility studies, functional fit
  • Manage projects of implementing new toolings (eg: document scanning / OpticalCharacter Recognition, communication channel such as chatbots …)
  • Manage relationship & contract with service providers
  • You will work:

  • In the Core Insurance Platform tribe in charge of delivering all the Insurance processes within its whole ecosystem (insurance partners, assistance providers, motor workshops, expert networks …)
  • Within the Integration Product team, led by the Lead Integration Product Manager, alongside of another Technical Solutions Engineer and Integration Product Owner

    With the team above described, you will be responsible of the quality of your delivery, your scope and your users’ satisfaction.

    We expect business proficiency in both French and English.

    What you will do 🛠

  • Identify business needs and implement them in tools:
  • Collect needs, assess feasibility, show possibilities with business stakeholders to define action plan
  • Implement action plan
  • Verify fit of developed features with business stakeholders
  • Deliver studies:
  • Upon a new need requiring a new tool, benchmark the best possible tools in terms of feasibility, functional fit, pricing
  • Formalize study results, provide recommendation & define action plan to engage
  • Manage projects of implementing new toolings:
  • Often after studies, manage action plan as a project where you manage priorities, workload and planning
  • Manage relationships & contract with service providers:
  • Manage compliance with contracts (volume consumption, capacity management, applicable conditions)
  • Follow-up service SLAs with service providers, manage difficulties and escalate if necessary
  • Anticipate contract renewals, challenge with alternatives and engage negotiation action plan if needed
  • Administrate part of the tools:
  • Manage tool configuration
  • Manage change request process (new users / off-boarding, new teams, new roles, workflow changes …): automation & self-care are welcome
  • Manage incidents & bug fixing
