What are you going to do? 

As part of the Product Manager Team, you will work in the team responsible for all aspects of client success. You will also contribute to the evolution of the product with your analysis and feedback. This involves closely working with the client’s internal teams to drive growth and address concerns efficiently: 

• Responsible for project management and support on critical business lines.
• Address the client’s business requirements with data modelling and help with the integration of the Opensee solution 
• Prioritise the client backlog and estimate solutions to ensure the best performance
• Support the client with new product features
• Ensure client production and SLA standards are met

Prior experience: Software development, implementation or support on client projects is a bonus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years 
Skills:

• Client success oriented
• Big data / distributed databases / SQL 
• Scripting / analysis / optimisation in the context of tera- or peta-scale data
• Data modelling, system integration and troubleshooting
• Financial knowledge (market risk, counterparty risk, liquidity, transaction analysis) is a bonus

Language skills: Fluent in English both written and verbal, French is a plus
