  • Organize a solid worldwide prospecting activity and direct on-site meetings with prospecting accounts.
  • Set the optimum sales approach based on field experience.
  • Circle back and permanently analyze feedbacks from the field in coordination with Marketing and Product to bring the new products to full maturity and fine-tune the value proposition.
  • Bring 10 new airlines in OpenAirlines’ portfolio thanks to new products.
  • Set up trials on SkyBreathe OnBoard with at least 10 airlines in the coming 18 months.
  • Generate 1 M€+ new ARR in the coming 3 years

  • Knowledge of flight operations airlines environment and/or SaaS business.
  • Talent in sales. Knowledge of advanced sales approaches.
  • Measurable achievements.
  • Significant organizational skills. Process oriented.
  • Ability to travel regularly to be in direct contact with the prospecting accounts.
  • Communication skills – Open-minded.
  • Analytical abilities. Understand the needs and the challenges of the customers.
  • Ability to build strong relationship with top management levels and to maintain the relationship.
  • Strategic in building the sales approach.
  • Ability towork with other teams (Marketing, Product).
  • Rigorous and precise in building his actions plans.
  • MBA and/or MSc.
  • Knwoledge of Airlines Flight Operations environment
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in selling software and/or SaaS solutions to the airlines.

  2. A Technical use case with the team : A remote exercice and after a meeting with the team to discuss about this test.
