JOB SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the People Operations Manager will be responsible for:

      HRBP
      • Develop HR Strategies, policies, practices and roadmap
      • Improving and monitoring employee performance
      • Structuring compensation and benefit packages
      • Managing staff wellness initiatives
      • Engaging with heads of department.
      Talent Acquisition
      • Working with managers to find, recruit and retain talented candidates/employees
      • Leading Employment branding initiatives
      Admin
      • Oversee all HR administration globally (6 countries) for employees & freelancers
      • Manage all HR Operations functions such as onboarding/off boarding, administration, visa-related requests
      • Develop human resources solutions & process
      • Support employees on a day-to-day basis
      • Manage the HRIS
      Legal
      • Maintain compliance with state and local legal requirements ; advise management on needed actions
      • Lead social and admin topics related to international development and mobility
      • Lead relations with legal counsels, bring legal insights to ensure social legal compliance (CSE)
      Management
      • Supervise the People Operations Junior Specialist

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

      • Fluent English and French
      • 7-10+ years of relevant HR experience
      • You know well legal compliance in France and keep up to date with new legislation
      • International markets experience is a must
      • You previously worked in a professional services (EY, KPMG type) / corporate / startup environment
      • You are creative and adaptable in the scaleup context yet strong with process management
      • You have a proven track record of partnering successfully with business leaders to set the people strategy
      • You have a flexible mindset, you are solution focused, ambitious, problem solver and passionate about producing a best in class HR function and employee experience
      • You know how to maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
      • You have knowledge on how to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings (CSE meetings)

Salary: 60k EUR package (fix + bonus)
