Joining the Onboarding team means joining a team of passionate people whose mission is to set up the platform and internal processes for the client’s needs and educate them on our services.

The role

We are looking for an energetic and tenacious Onboarding Operation intern to join a growing team in our Paris headquarters. An Onboarding Operation intern will be responsible for helping our biggest clients upload their visual needs on the platform while working actively on improving the current process with the onboarding and product team, ensuring scalable, seamless operations and excellent customer experience. They will report to the Onboarding Operation Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve a calendar of mission imports for the biggest clients with Key Account Managers
• Upload data on the platform, improve current process and contribute to the OCUS’s product to remove the manual work
• Other projects on improvement will arise once this one is tackled
• Possible customer face to face missions to train or educate a client

About you - you are the best fit if:

• You love to take on challenges and solve problems
• You have project management experience, communicating across multiple stakeholders, preferably at a SaaS company, scale-up or similar
• You learn quickly
• You’re an excellent communicator (written and verbal skills), able to tackle complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with NoCode/automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, Automate.io,…) is a plus
• Ideally, you have technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs
• You are fluent in English, other languages are nice-to-have
