The October Connect team is expanding and we are looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager for our Saas BtoB solution!

Job description

What you will be doing as Growth Manager?

In 2021 we launched a new activity: October Connect , which is our SME-lending platform made available to other financial institutions.

We have developed 2 modules: a Fraud and a Risk module that can be used by any financial institutions to improve financial risk analysis, fraud detection and decision automation.

As the first Growth Manager of October Connect, your missions will include:

  • Design & execute the growth acquisition strategy and roadmap
  • Manage BtoB lead acquisition campaigns and test different acquisitions channels (outbound, cold emailing, retargeting, etc.) to generate qualified leads for the Sales team
  • Monitor and analyse acquisitions KPIs (CAC, CPL, etc.)
  • Implement within October Connect market best practices on inbound and outbound workflows
  • Improve our Stack: Hubspot (Marketing and CRM), Intercom (Sucess & Care), Looker (Business Intelligence)

Building the Marketing Growth Management team is a unique opportunity to have a very strong impact on our new Saas BtoB activity with complete ownership & autonomy.

Preferred experience

  • You have min. 4 years of experience in Growth Management
  • You are an automation wizard: you’re a data nerd with an analytical mindset eager to scale everything that can be.
  • Someone thinking outside the box: you generate new and actionable outbound growth ideas & experiments.
  • You are a business enabler: you want to use tech to drive business growth!
  • You find our product interesting and want to be deeply involved in its success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English - a third language (Spanish, Italian, Dutch or German) is a plus
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and you love working with people
  • Bonus: you have experience in BtoB Saas
