Popis pozice

Looking for new experiences? A career change? A challenge? How about relocating to a different country and jumpstart your IT career? Join our growing Danish-speaking Service Desk team in Prague and ignite your potential.

You're living outside the Czech Republic? No worries, we've got you covered. There's a sweet relocation package waiting for you after you take the offer. It includes flight tickets, initial accommodation in pension or hotel, practical relocation support and advisory, and one-off financial relocation pay.

As our Service Desk Analyst, you'll be part of our NNIT Service Support Center in Prague, using Danish and English in daily work. This is where your problem-solving skills come into the spotlight. Your job will be handling emails from employees at larger companies, creating users, assigning accesses, troubleshooting issues related to user administration, and having outgoing and incoming calls with customers (end users). The goal is to solve the problem within the first contact, which we know you're capable of.

You'll also need strong analytical skills to succeed when dealing with complex customer issues. The same goes for teamwork and mentorship, as further down the line, you will be sharing your knowledge and experience with other colleagues. Most importantly, you never settle for mediocrity. You constantly strive to better our service at NNIT and better yourself, both professionally and personally.

Qualifications And Experiences

You know that „catch-22“ situation when you need experience to get an entry-level job but need that entry-level job to gain experience? We don't do that here. As a member of NNIT's IT support and User Administration team, it'd be a big plus if you already have a great understanding of the IT environment and troubleshooting. But if you don't, even if you don't have any previous experience in supporting IT, it's okay. As long as you are a fast learner and honestly passionately want to learn, we will train you on the job.

One must-have is fluency in spoken and written English and Danish language (minimum B2 level) so that you can help our wide range of customers with complex problems.

Excellent customer service is another prioritized skill. You must be able to multitask, manage time wisely, and deal with our customers professionally at all times. This also means that you keep your energy level and drive for support high throughout the day. At the same time, you stay focused on delivering quality results and achieving personal and work-related goals. Being a Service Desk Analyst is an excellent opportunity to hone your communication and analytical skills.
