We are searching for new team players with a great knowledge of IT and cybersecurity through work experience and certifications to our newly established Cyber Defence Centre in Prague.

The main responsibility is to analyze and solve incidents at the L1/L2 level across multiple customers using various security technologies with a focus on SIEM, EDR, and Network monitoring. You are going to apply your knowledge of IT and security to analyze events and triage security incidents. The ongoing education plan delivered by colleagues from Denmark as well as external agencies will help you to get appropriate knowledge and skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing outputs from SIEM tools such as MS Azure Sentinel and providing inputs for correlation rules improvements
• Handling of standard service requests and incidents according to process guidelines
• Developing and keeping documentation updated in accordance with our quality management guidelines
• Contribution to the continual improvement of our IT operations and automation processes
• Participation in the development and implementation in global operations services

• Communications with customers and external partners with the aim of achieving consensus and solution acceptance
• Analysis of complex issues and improves methods, concepts, techniques, or processes across areas of work or functions based on input from others and/or personal experience

Your knowledge and experience

• Sufficient knowledge of Windows (Linux is a plus)
• At least 1-year experience with Operation of leading SIEM solution
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to learn new cybersecurity technologies
• You have strong analytical skills as well as a structured positive way of thinking
• Experience with the correlation rules tailoring is a plus
