We are building and transforming software applications for a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors and right now we are looking for Application Support person with a great passion for supporting with complex financial systems. 

You will join the customer captive team  

Together with your team you have the full responsibility for application support within our portfolio. We have long-term agreements with our customers, which gives you the opportunity to know the systems over a longer period of time based on a deep understanding of the customers business needs. 

Your responsibilities as Application Support

As our new Application Support, you feel comfortable with application support on L1 and L2 level and you will use your technological and service minded skills in order to provide the customers with professional solutions.  

You find it interesting to understand the client's everyday needs and you use this to give NNIT customers optimal solutions:

  • 70% solving maintenance issues / tickets - L1 and L2 level
  • 30% analysis, documentation, configuration management

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Application support, working using ITMS tool solving the tickets, and be able to redirect ticket to the right team (ticket handling)
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide history overviewsDeployments of the application changes outside business hours 
  • Documentation of the solution
  • Application supporter is main person, when higher environments (production) are affected and works together with developers on fixing issues

We work in global project teams with colleagues from Denmark, the Czech Republic and the Philippines, so intercultural work experience is an advantage in order to proactively handle the intercultural differences and further develop the team.  

  Your qualifications and experience  

  • End user support or application support experience
  • Common MS Windows understanding, work with various windows tools and servers
  • Experience with SQL DBs and SSMS
  • ITIL as being confident how tickets work
  • Strong technical knowledge regarding applications and services
  • Ability to learn new things fast
  • Experience from a customer-facing role with a commercial mindset
  • Be Able to Train Users and Document Processes
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Technical writing ability

You communicate with our international colleagues as well as our Danish customers. Therefore, it is important that you have good English skills in both speech and writing.
