In the 90’s Jacky Doneddu launched Arcom, a company that imports from the US and Canada e-learning solutions for Renault, Air France, “La Société Générale”…

The growing success of these solutions led him to become CEO of Cegos e-Learning in 2000. Today, Cegos e-Learning remains the biggest organization devoted to digital training in Europe. In 2004 Jacky Doneddu, together with Régis Marcassus, an aeronautical engineer who has been creating software since his teenage hood, founded Nivac. The agency has quickly become the specialist of digital training for international retail forces of the Luxury sector.

Very challenging, both in terms of form and content, Nivac creates an engaging, interactive and personalized experience for its clients.

As a teenager, Régis Marcassus was already creating his first software. When he became an aeronautical engineer, he quickly discovered that technology was a giant playground for the transmission of knowledge.

Technical Director of Cegos e-learning, he was in charge of the team of one of the most ambitious European Blended Learning platform program.

In 2004, he founded Nivac with Jacky Doneddu.

Graduated from Kedge Business School, Claire-Elise made her first working steps among the marketing and retail teams of La Prairie (UK) and L'Oréal Travel Retail. 

During these experiences, she developed a strong interest for the luxury sector & the challenges surrounding client experience, and she realized the fundamental role of sales forces.

She joined Nivac’s team as Project Manager at the beginning of 2019.

Graduated from Edhec Business School, Claire discovered the world of luxury during an internship at Hermès, and the world of digital and entrepreneurship during an internship at My Little Paris.

She joined Nivac in 2014 as Project Manager to combine her interests and put her creativity at use for the Agency’s prestigious clients.

When she is not imagining immersive training contents for Luxury Houses, Claire gives theatrical improvisation courses focused on spontaneity.

After a graduate program in Marketing at Coventry University, Laura’s passion for luxury led her to a Postgraduate Program in International Fashion & Luxury Management at ESMOD/ISEM.

After a first experience in a consulting agency specialized in fashion and luxury, she joined Nivac in 2018.

After two years of preparatory class, Jeanne integrated NEOMA to combine business studies with a specialty in luxury. In 2013, she chose Nivac to do her apprenticeship and quickly seduced the agency's clients. The digital world has always inspired her.

She experiences Luxury as a passion for know-how, creativity and a seek for perfection.


Nivac is working in partnership with the biggest French, Swiss, Italian and Korean Luxury Houses. The goal of the agency is to help those Houses to pass on to their customers their heritage, innovative strength, and know-how.

Nivac offers tailor-made training solutions to stimulate sales development in France and abroad: E-learning, App and Web App, Serious Games, educational games, … For this purpose, Nivac uses communication and training levers to share with the sales teams an emotion that they will need to pass on, naturally and with sincerity, to their customers.

Each member of Nivac: Project Manager, Digital Manager, Artistic Director or Motion Designer feels rewarded by the trust granted by these Houses on a daily basis. The team identifies with the many challenges of its clients: the integration and acculturation of new employees, a major launch, a new collection release, an unprecedent customer experience, etc. are all opportunities to help Houses keep their worldwide leadership.
