For our strong COFFEE CATEGORY (brands Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Starbucks,…) and we are now searching for the senior manager with deep experience in FMCG and ability to orchestrate consumer / shopper insight/ channel to set winning strategy for category growth and to lead strategy execution.
• Setting local Category Strategy to deliver Category Growth (shopper, customer, channel insights )
• Define strategy for channel solution for key channels / customers - "DRIVE" role, help with category insights at conflict / crisis management with customers
• Identify new business opportunities, build vision for future
• Co-operate on setting overall objectives by Category/ Channel
• Analyze shopper trends, market trends, identify opportunities for growth and orchestrate the proper strategy (customers, shoppers, marketing, sales,…)
• Manage team of 5
• Successful track record in commercial development (Trade marketing /Shopper insight management in FMCG in CZ/SK market, sales)
• Excellent communication /negotiation skills – senior internal/external stakeholders
• Well-developed analytical skills with ability to interpret data to different audience and to persuade others to follow the set strategy
• Strong ownership, ability to see big picture and various points of view
• People management skills with focus on coaching and development of the team members
• Fluent Czech/Slovak language and English is a must
