In this context your mission will be to support our Head of BDR in the scaling of a strong Business Development team by leading a team of BDRs yourself - according to the seniority, the number of BD managed may vary (between 2-6).
This is the opportunity to be the first Team Lead of the team, in a 100% managerial role where everything is still to be built.
