Modjo is growing fast, with a client portfolio that is evolving over time in volume, in client types (startups, scale-ups, entreprise) and geographies. We need a strong team to support this growth for the long run and to continue delivering the best-in-class experience to our costumers.

Join this growing team committed to creating and delivering the best possible experience. We are looking for our 6th player in order to compose our star soccer team (because yes, we aim to be minimum 11 in the months to come, and yes it’s not only for men)

You will be in charge of :

  • Building and maintaining a magical customer relationship working in tandem with the sales & the product team to unlock our accounts full potential.
  • Proactively identifying sales opportunities at our existing accounts and in their immediate environments.

Your daily roles to succeed :

Onboard our customer :

  • Ramp up clients quickly and efficiently and ensure that they understand the value we deliver, have the best practices and become addicted to Modjo !

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients:

  • Build and foster strong relationships with a portfolio of established clients via regular meetings, emails, visio that will help them always improve their use of Modjo.
  • Understand client needs/requirements in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product/service(s) trainings
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts

Be the voice of the customer within Modjo:

  • Interact and coordinate with the product & sales team to provide feedback & request from clients. You have a key role in product evolution & innovation. A lot of new features and business opportunities come from our clients’ unexpected use-cases that are mentionned by the AM team.

Participate in team projects:

  • Optimizing processes, integrating new tools, creating content for customers are just a few examples where you could explore the possibilities
