To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Learning & Development Manager based in Paris to join our expanding global People team.

As the Global L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build and drive our learning and development activities. Building on your expertise and through Learning & Development programs you will drive employee engagement and increase productivity and job satisfaction.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will work in close collaboration with our People Partners and Enablement teams and with key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Mirakl Learning & Development strategy
    • Set L&D programs strategy and direction, frame, build and execute innovative approach and roadmap globally
    • Work closely with Sales & CS enablement teams to ensure an effective and consistent approach of L&D strategy
    • Track employee engagement and job satisfaction and measure results of L&D initiative to constantly improve the metrics
  • Design and develop L&D programs content
    • Through internal monthly onboarding bootcamp, empower all the new joiners with the knowledge and training they need to be quickly successful and to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires
    • Use L&D to develop leadership and management skills, train new managers to lead, manage and give frequent feedback
    • Create content and training tools for employees to reflect Mirakl’s values and culture
    • Develop and promote in-house mentorship and coaching through meet-ups, coaching circles, and peer-to-peer learning
    • Develop the on-line education to offer individual learning through on-demand classes
    • Search for the best partners (both internal and external) to provide world class learning programs

This role could lead youin the near future to build a team in order to develop L&D actions within Mirakl.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of L&D experience or operations roles implementing, developing and managing learning programs
  • Experience creating Learning and Development approaches, leadership development and organizational development initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience building modern and innovative learning solutions
  • Proven ability to measure the impact of learning initiatives and use data and metrics to make recommendations
  • Experience working in international and fast growing environment, with a proven ability to work in an agile way
  • Superior organizational, time and project management skills
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, French may be a plus
