As a Junior Product Designer at Mindsay, you are joining our Product Team, working directly with our Head of Design.

What will you be doing ?

On a daily basis, your mission is to define, conceive and produce all assets linked to our SaaS platform and its ecosystem in order to make the product ever easier to use, while constantly enriching its user experience. To do so, we’ll ask you to be involved and help us in every stages of a product design project at Mindsay:

• Identifying client’s needs to propose a suiting solution
• Conceive the resulting user journeys
• Work on the user experience as well as on the user interface
• Take part in user interviews, in order to quickly iterate on user feedback
• Help us improve constantly our design system

As an apprentice Product Designer, you might as well participate in graphic design needs from time to time, those might include marketing needs, pitch deck sales, website design etc..

Must have

• Familiar with the various creation and prototyping tools
• Knowledges in User Experience as well as Ergonomy
• Creative and curious, lead a permanent watch on design trends
• Knows the main Design methodologies (design thinking etc..)

Bonus

• You have some basic knowledges in code (HTML, JS, CSS)
• You are familiar with the SAAS ecosystem
• You have some notion of motion design
