Our Customer Success Managers advise and guide a wide range of customers, ensuring they launch Mindsay’s bots successfully, adopt it broadly and are continually driving business value from our product.
Within our Sales team, you will work with our customers to understand their business and operational needs. You will have direct contact with our client’s project teams and drive strategical discussions with sponsors and top management. As an expert of our AI technology, you will also coach them on the best way to use our solution to solve their challenges and reach their business goals thanks to our product.
More precisely, your mission will be to :
Understand the client’s strategy and business objectives
Define with the client and monitor the success KPI
Build the program roadmap with the client and adapt the solution scope to the priorities
Be a first point of contact and the orchestrator of the partnership between the client and Mindsay
Build and manage the client success plan working documents
Organize and prepare the quarterly business reviews between the client teams and Mindsay
Bring more autonomy to the client with onboarding and training sessions
Share conversational best practices and benchmarks with the client business team
Analyze the data to identify improvements and new use cases aligned with the client strategy
