Descriptif du poste

As we are rapidly expanding in Europe, North-America, South-America, and rest of the world, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Paris.

Within the Customer Support team and thanks to your knowledge of our solution, you will address our users’ functional, technical needs and concerns, and help improve our global support organization and processes. You will be in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis and work closely with the product & development and global Customer Success teams.

Your Missions Will Include :

  • Deliver high-level customer service via our ticketing system
  • Investigate issues by reproducing or analyzing the technical & functional specifications
  • Escalade technical issues to the product and development team when required
  • Support the other team members on customer service topics
  • Create content for our internal knowledge base and end-users
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our product
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Profil recherché

REQUIREMENTS

  • English is required
  • Spanish would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Passion for customer success, empowering others, and delivering value to customers
