As a strategic growth driver, ManoMano is now building and speeding up its logistics and transport activities in France and in Europe (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain). ManoMano launched its first warehouse in France in November 2018, followed by Spain in 2019 and Italy in 2020. In those warehouses: fulfillment services are offered to sellers : items are stored on their behalf, and once a customer places an order on the website, it is picked, packed and shipped from the warehouse and delivered to end-customer using ManoMano selected carriers.

In every warehouse we have a team in charge of:

- Manage day-to-day operations with our logistics partners, in order to ensure the highest quality in term of on-time orders preparation, quality of the preparation

- Manage the quality of the inbound and the stock accuracy on behalf of our merchants

- Coordinate the carriers on site

- Organize and manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly business review with our logistic partners

- Manage the warehouse costs: analyse monthly costs, identify improvement opportunity and engage with all the stakeholders to ensure the implementation

- Support our CS team to fix customer’s issue

- Own the site improvement roadmap, and leverage additional resources such as ops excellence team to ensure progress

- Improve our offer, by building new processes enabling to increase the diversity of products we can handle in our 3PL logistics

The Warehouse Manager is in charge of supporting the Senior Warehouse Manager who leads on-site team. 

Your missions : 

- Develop a strong business relationship with our logistics partners

- Perform a day-to-day actions to enable smooth operations: litigations management, escalation to our account manager team

- Manage the day-to day performance with the 3PL

- Develop our performance management system by identifying new KPIs

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify and address main improvement opportunities on safety, quality or costs

- Anticipate and address future roadblock due to our growth

- Contribute to develop a responsible supply-chain

Preferred experience :

- 3-5 years of experience including 2 years in a logistics management position

- Understanding of Lean manufacturing

- Strong analytical skills required

- Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace

- Curious and passionate about innovation in e-commerce/marketplace

- Fluency in French and English
