Within the UK Seller’s Partnership team and reporting to the UK Sourcing Promotion Manager, you will be at the heart of the coordination and the execution of the marketing operations in the UK. As a Trade Marketing and Promotion apprentice, you will work hand in hand with the Account Managers to implement ManoMano’s key promotional events and Trade Marketing campaigns operated with our partners. You will also be key to automate and scale the current processes in order to improve the efficiency of the way we operate these campaigns. This is a great opportunity if you wish to start with an experience at the core of ManoMano’s growth, gain knowledge and expertise on an international market (UK) and manage a cross-functional project collaborating closely with ManoMano’s Business, Marketing and Sales Operations teams.

Your missions

  • Create, implement and monitor ManoMano UK’s promotional operations.
  • Participate in the Proposal Building: Determine categories, brands and products to promote based on the analysis of key metrics and trends. Work with internal teams to ensure the success of the operation (Marketing, Acquisition and Communication).
  • Implement Operations: Coordinate the retroplanning, create the brief for the creative assets in collaboration with the Marketing team and communicate with our partners to ensure these assets fit their expectations and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor Results: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities & monitor results of  the operation’s KPIs.and propose an action plan accordingly.
  • Meet the Deadline: Make sure all stakeholders deliver on time for the campaign launch.
  • Improve Processes: with accelerated growth comes  additional complexity and a need to adapt and review processes, you will be in charge of improving processes continuously to make teams work together in the best possible way.
  • Provide Recommendations:Provide meaningful insights and bring actionable recommendations for next operations to continuously increase performance.

    • Profile requirements

  • Last year of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a business/engineering school (or equivalent university education)
  • Data driven with good analytical skills
  • Excellent digital culture
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn
  • Able to lead and carry ambitious projects
  • Languages: Fluency in English, native preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Previous internship experience in ecommerce and/or the retail industry is a strong plus
