We are looking for an outstanding Key Account Manager to continue our incredible growth story and help us drive our business to the next level.

Within the UK Sourcing team, and reporting to the Lead Key Account Manager, you will occupy a position in a division that is key to ManoMano's growth.

As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a business advisor towards our largest and highest potential sellers, with a large autonomy. Dealing on a daily basis with executive managers of key brands and distributors of our industry, you will build and drive exceptional relationships with them and help them rocket their digital business. In line with the strategy of ManoMano, you will collaborate with the different departments of ManoMano. 

This position is a rare opportunity to both develop your account management and project management skills while having a thorough understanding of the specificities, seasonality and global business trends of our industry.

This position includes:

Successfully managing a portfolio of key sellers to develop their performances by

  • Building a 360° vision of the portfolio of partners, in order to prioritize high-value opportunities for sellers and execute set strategy.
  • Managing exceptional long-term relationships with key sellers and brands
  • Helping partners prioritize business opportunities by conducting in-depth analysis to understand and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Identifying and activating all sales levers needed to scale your portfolio of sellers
  • Raising the bar to constantly seek for operational and process improvement by:

  • Handling and solving complex projects (short, medium and long term) across merchandising, operations, marketing, and pricing to achieve hyper growth.
  • Conducting change to deliver new business and process proposals.
  • Being a vector of change within the team to adapt ways of working and processes to constant changing dynamics.
  • Profile requirements

  • A Master’s degree from a tier-one business/engineering school (or equivalent university education)
  • 4+ years experience in sales, buying, account management, consulting or marketing/merchandising preferred
  • Strong understanding of Global ecommerce and the retail industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with business leaders to bring confidence to stakeholders and drive action
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment)
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Languages: Perfect English, native preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SQL is a strong plus
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn
  • A love for British culture and a great sense of humour!
