We are looking for a passionate Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The latter holds a central place in Malt's setup to accelerate our growth efficiently.

As a member of an international team, you will be involved in a wide variety of strategic and operational projects to improve our sales efficiency and help us make the best decisions. This role will allow you to develop your analytical and technical skills (Data Analysis, CRM) and your team spirit thanks to numerous interactions with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data).

Key responsibilities ✨

Processes and tools

- Assist in the implementation and optimization of our tools and processes

- Participate in the training of the Sales team to new tools and processes

- Participate in the improvement of our CRM (Salesforce) as well as monitor and improve its use by the sales team 

- Update training materials (internal doc, Playbook, etc) to improve team efficiency

Analytics

- Analyze team performance and identify growth levers

- Create, improve and maintain Sales monitoring dashboards

- Ensure data quality

About you 🧑‍🚀

- Looking for a 6-month-internship for a gap year or end of study, starting from July 2023

- Studying in M1/M2 in a business or engineering school

- Strong sensitivity to data analysis with a good command of Excel (knowledge of SQL and/or Salesforce is a plus)

- Previous experience in an Ops or Sales role is a strong plus

- Curious, analytical, rigorous and sensitive to business issues

- Autonomous, you are able to make proposals and constantly come up with solutions

- Strong written and oral communication in both French and English as we are part of an international team

- Interest in understanding the challenges of a sales team

- Interview with your future manager Christella (Sales Ops Associate SMB), to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)

- Home assignment to present to Sébastien (our Head of Sales Operations), in order to evaluate your hard skills

- Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2023 !
