You will join Malt as a Data Analyst within the Business Operations team. You will report directly to Alexandre, Senior data analyst, and be part of the Business Operations team which aims at improving the impact and efficiency of our business teams: Sales, Community, Customer Experience, Sourcing, Finance, Strategy. You will therefore have a key impact to help define our business strategy thanks to data.

You are also part of a global data team which will allow you to progress and be challenged technically: 4 data scientists, 4 data engineers, 8 data analysts. Retro projects are scheduled monthly. Work is organized in an autonomous way, design points and pairing can be done if needed. Research days are organized every two weeks to dig into topics outside your roadmap and develop your technical skills. One day every two weeks, you will play the role of sentinel and be responsible for debugging all bugs on the data platform.

About your missions 

- You are the owner of a business data scope: you are the expert on the key KPIs of your scope, and you make sure they match Malt strategy, you animate the relationship with your internal stakeholder and deliver your project according to a roadmap which you track. 

- You help answer business challenges and take decisions through the most impactful solutions : a data exploration, a dashboard or an AB test. Adoption of your recommendations is one of your drivers. 

- Working as a team we go further : you participate in the construction and improvement of the malt data model: creation of data products, table factorization, exploration on a theme (e.g. churn prediction using linear regression).

*You will then meet Alexandre, Senior Data Analyst and Timothée Technical lead data - for a second round interview and a technical case.
