What will you do ?Define our community management strategy ensuring consistency across all our games.Manage our player community all over the world (social networks / mobiles stores / Gaming platforms / etc). Be the connection with our players and the Madbox voice to our communityShape and structure our community management process, workflow and toolsCreate highly engaging content with our creative team to give life to our brand and make our team’s creativity shine.Analyze, evaluate and share players feedbacks, suggestions and comments with the production team.Report the impact of the actions deployed from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint including identification of key learnings and next steps recommendationMonitor news and industry trends and be an expert of entertainment & gaming brands.Promote the MadBox brand, games, and team in order to attract the best talents
