Job description

Madbox is a mobile gaming company, creating and publishing its own games worldwide. Since 2018 Madbox has gathered more than 300 million players, still growing. We are looking for top talents with mad skills, a mad passion and a mad ambition to join us.

We believe our corporate communication and community management should be as entertaining as our games themselves and put our players at the center.

Madbox is a young and fast-growing mobile gaming company with a very unique way of developing games. Everything has been made for teams to take as much ownership as possible, unleash their creativity, bring performance, and have as much fun as possible. We have a new title launching soon where community management gonna be key to support game and players community scale

If you love to interact with players, develop strong communities and work hand in hand with various department, have ownership, autonomy and looking to have a real impact, you might be the candidate we’re looking for!

What will you do ?

  • Define our community management strategy ensuring consistency across all our games.
  • Manage our player community all over the world (social networks / mobiles stores / Gaming platforms / etc). Be the connection with our players and the Madbox voice to our community
  • Shape and structure our community management process, workflow and tools
  • Create highly engaging content with our creative team to give life to our brand and make our team’s creativity shine.
  • Analyze, evaluate and share players feedbacks, suggestions and comments with the production team.
  • Report the impact of the actions deployed from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint including identification of key learnings and next steps recommendation
  • Monitor news and industry trends and be an expert of entertainment & gaming brands.
  • Promote the MadBox brand, games, and team in order to attract the best talents
  • Mad Skills Required

  • You have already experiences in community management
  • You have a perfect knowledge of social networks and influencers usage and audiences.
  • Fluent in English, with an excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Impeccable organization, time management and autonomy
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, to adjust changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Personal passion for the video game or entertainment industry
  • An appreciation for good design, and attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive and humble attitude
