The role

You’ll be in charge of the Business Development for different App categories and drive the BD and new partnership efforts in order to ensure company growth.

  • Build and develop strategic insights, identify opportunities and provide structured reporting on performance of your market.
  • Help define the go-to-market strategy for your market.
  • Lead on the New Business Initiatives and partner with all Lumos’ departments to execute them.
  • Ensure that our partners receive the highest level of appropriate sales and operational customer service.
  • Negotiate the best deals for Lumos with C-Level or Founders of successful app-companies.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities based on a deep understanding of your market and the mobile ecosystem.
  • Create persuasive sales strategies using market trends, case studies and the help of all the Lumos team.
  • Develop and co-ordinate the best sales propositions/practices for interactions with our partners.
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets by taking ownership of a market segment and applying an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Own reporting and stakeholder management for market vertical/market needs.

Požadavky na pozici

This job is for you if… 🦄

  • You are motivated to join an innovative startup & ready to take full ownership
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the mobile space (ideally in a fast paced environment).
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding your sales quota.
  • You’re used to talking to decision makers/ Founders/ C-Level executives.
  • You’re data-driven and at ease with CRMs.
  • You speak English (Any other languages is a plus)
