Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant F/M

Location : Germany (remotely)

* Missions *

  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to identify and create new business opportunities
  • Perform technical product demonstrations and communicate LumApps’ values ​​to potential customers 
  • Propose and / or design technical solutions to meet the commercial, technical and / or financial objectives of our prospects
  • Respond effectively and in a timely manner to requests for information from prospects
  • Implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with a team of designers. PoCs are to be considered as projects, and last from a few weeks to several months
  • Act as support during demonstrations carried out with key accounts 
  • Be a trusted technical advisor for our key / strategic partners and help them build the best solutions
  • Train key partners and help support their business activities
  • Support prospects and partners with the LumApps solution to convert prospects into customers
  • Develop and maintain expertise in new technology areas in a constantly evolving market
  • Work in close collaboration with product managers and engineers by providing them with feedback on information collected during pre-sales projects

* Skills * 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in new technology companies holding a pre-sales position
  • Good understanding of the deployment and integration of a SaaS platform
  • Excellent technical skills combined with a thorough understanding of sales cycles
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (experience in public speaking)
  • Organised, structured and able to manage several tasks at once
  • Curious, with a willingness to learn on a daily basis
  • Motivated, agile and always ready to develop and share your skills and knowledge
  • Able to travel on demand
