Become a senior Product Manager at Luko and lead our hardware team to develop & launch our new product!

As a Product Manager you are responsible for one of the products in our range. You work & coordinate our talented engineers & designers, giving them the product vision, defining the development roadmap and priorities, testing the product and finally launching it to our user base… on time & on budget.

What you will do:

• Define & own the product features & the tech specs along with R&D and product marketing
• Define a clear roadmap, timeline, budget and own it from prototyping to getting 100k homes equipped
• Coordinate teams at all product stages : elec, mechanics, firmware, backend, app, packaging, supply-chain, quality…
• With our industralization manager, manage the industrialization process and do quality checks for the different batches
• Organize beta tests and make sure all bugs are fixed before delivery
• Own the full user experience and work hand in hand with our Customer Success team to set in place a flawless customer experience from configuration to end.

Who are you?

You have already led product development in a consumer IoT start-up/tech firm and know the difficulty of launching hardware products on time and on budget

Must have
You have a strong hardware technical knowledge and understanding from wireless tech to mechanics and firmware
You have outstanding project management skills that enable you to align all stakeholders, to drive and lead them and make sure things get delivered on time
You have a deep understanding of UX principles and have a strong user empathy
You really want to create the best possible user experience for our customers
You strongly believe in Luko’s mission of protecting European homes
More than 1 NPI in a major consumer electronics company
6+ years of experience in hardware
