Missions :

We are searching for an enthusiastic Event Manager with a “can-do” attitude to assist our organization in hosting events that enhance our organization’s image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience.

You will handle 3 types of events: trade shows, client events and internal events. They might take place in Europe, North America or South-East Asia.

• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
• Negotiating sponsorship deals.
• Handling logistics.
• Handling team calendars during the events.
• Updating senior management.
• Developing event feedback surveys and estimating return on investment.
• Relationship with PR agency.

Profile :

Degree in Public Relations, Communications or from a Business School.

Fluent English. French is a big plus.
