As a member of the Global Marketing Team and more specifically the Global Growth Team, you will have a key role to:

  • Improve marketing Data accessibility, Dashboards & Reporting
  • Perform and improve marketing initiatives & lead journey analysis
  • Identify and recommend split-tests and improvements to increase our conversion rate

Final objective is to boost the growth team’s performance and cost efficiency thanks to a better control, understanding and use of marketing data.

To achieve this mission, you will directly report to the Head of Growth, and you will work in close collaboration with:

  • Our Central Data Team, in charge of collecting, storing, processing and making available all data to all teams.
  • Our Head of CRM, in charge of the up-sell and cross-sell strategy and the improvement of our activation rate.
  • Our Global Lead Acquisition, in charge of lead generation through all acquisition channels
  • Our Growth Marketing Manager, in charge of new product launches and innovation growth projects.

You will also be responsible for understanding, collecting and formalizing the team’s data needs and issues and ensuring their integration into the central data team’s roadmap.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Data accessibility, Dashboards & Reporting

  • Ensure proper collection and storage of our users’ behavioral data (website, emails, ads interactions,…), conversions data and marketing spendings data.

    • In this context you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of the tracking, using Google Tag Manager.
    • Redefining process of marketing spendings collection and storage.
  • Ensure accessibility of this data to the various stakeholders, whether for action with our CRM, or other marketing tools, or for analysis.
  • Build dashboards and reporting on marketing activities highlighting effectiveness and business impact.
  • Contribute in the construction of annual targets by analyzing past performance and providing the annual data and database for the annual budget exercise.

Marketing initiatives & lead journey analysis

  • Support team members in their marketing initiatives analysis to measure impact, results and ROI on:

    • Ads campaigns
    • Emails campaigns
    • Events
  • Run customer-centric analysis to better understand

    • each action and interaction’s impact on conversion rates to define the best performing lead journey.
    • to better understand our users behavior and persona.
  • Pro-actively share insights based on your analysis to global, regional and local marketing teams.

Split-tests and innovations

  • Present the conclusions of your analyses and the resulting recommendations to the leadership and the teams concerned.
  • Define the tests to be carried out and the innovations/changes to be made to improve the conversion of our leads into students.
  • Supervise the testing and measurement of its impact to ensure accurate data-driven decision making.

Key projects you will work on in your first 6 months

  • Marketing database, with a customer-centric view: Support data team in building a Customer-centric view across le Wagon BUs (B2B, B2C, B2U) & Offers (Bootcamps, Skill Courses, Free Courses) to enable up-sell and cross-sell
  • Marketing spending collection and tracking model: Define the process for collecting marketing spend, organise the storage of this data and ensure it is available to all teams for accurate monitoring and analysis.
  • Server-side Tracking and GA4 migration: Migrate Google tag Manager from client to server-side and finalize GA4 setup to be ready for migration from UA to GA4.
  • Annual budget exercise: Anticipate next year’s budget exercise by re-building a model for setting marketing objectives and budgets based on current and past performance.

Požadavky na pozici

  • You have experience or a deep understanding of Growth Marketing and its mechanics.
  • You love everything data, from designing models & experiments to driving results & measuring growth
  • You are familiar with some of our data & marketing stack: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, Google Ads, Google Big Query, Metabase, Airbyte, Fivetran, Hightouch, …
  • You are proficient with SQL or other query languages
  • You have 1-3+ years of cross-functional work experience in marketing, product marketing, data analytics, product management.
  • You must be self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and good work ethic.
  • You come up with creative solutions to challenging problems.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are mandatory as you will work and collaborate with international teams.
