Le Wagon for Business is looking for a Key Account Manager to build long-term relationships with its strategic clients.
You will play a key role in the sales team at the heart of the interaction with the client, the operational teams and the technical teams of the Wagon.
As the pivot of the relationship between Le Wagon for Business and your clients, your role will be central to ensuring their satisfaction, building their loyalty and seeking new and exciting projects. As you will have understood, your missions will be rich and numerous to ensure the commercial relationship.
They will be based on two main aspects:
1. Ensure the successful roll-out of programmes and customer satisfaction:
Once the prospect has been converted into a customer, you will support the Account Director in the deployment of the pilot programme in close collaboration with the operational teams.
Once the pilot has been completed, you will take over the management of the client in complete autonomy to ensure a personalised and continuous follow-up for your clients.
As a key contact, you will ensure the satisfaction of all your contacts and will be responsible for the roadmap of the training sessions, their smooth running, the invoicing and reporting processes with the dedicated project manager.
Your goal: Build trust with your clients to engage them and make Le Wagon their talent transformation partner.
2. Identify new business opportunities with your portfolio:
You will develop a good vision of your clients’ business, you will be in charge of advising them on the strategies to implement, and the upsell of the current activity. In the heart of potential new needs, you will listen to your clients’ requests, in order to accelerate the growth of the Wagon’s activity with them. In particular, you will
Your objective: in order to develop the turnover of your portfolio, you will ensure your upsell/cross-sell strategies to identify new opportunities.
