Your Role 🎯

Le Wagon for Business is now looking for an outstanding professional with a proven experience in corporate sales in the IT & Cloud space, to join as Account Executive, IT & Cloud specialist. This job is a unique opportunity to grow business opportunities, in an exciting and fast growing environment!

You will develop Le Wagon for Business’ sales with the largest corporates and scale-ups, focusing on our engineering offering, and on the IT & Cloud leaders as key stakeholders.

Your main mission, as the Expert in your area, will be as follows:

Sales / Customer Management activity:

  • You will re-shape our sales approach in the IT & Cloud space, prioritize customer segments, leverage Le Wagon’s unique selling points, and adapt the sales pitch
  • Develop new business and grow our existing clients, through negotiating and managing entire complex sales cycles (critical tender offers or business partnerships), and articulating well the strategy with the other account executives in the team
  • Lead contractual discussions until deal closure, in coordination with Le Wagon’s legal and financial team
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction, by building deep relationships at all levels of the IT organizations, and position as a partner of their digital transformation.
  • Grow the pipeline of opportunities and provide an accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities

Pre-sales:

  • Support the solutions engineering team in developing our offerings dedicated to the IT & cloud space (beyond software development, DevOps & DevSecOps and data engineering, which are already part of our catalog), **by working with them and sharing with them relevant customer feedback.** Ensure new features or curriculums launches are successfully communicated
  • Develop case studies of successful programs in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences

Team building:

  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Le Wagon’s product, services, pricing and processes, while providing insights into your area of expertise to your colleagues

Požadavky na pozici

About you 💪

  • You have at least 5 years of prior work experience in direct client sales/management, in the IT / engineering fields
  • You have demonstrated success with large complex commercial negotiations
  • Your main stakeholders are in C-level, executive positions
  • You show a strong ability to understand customers’ needs, and participate in defining the offering to be developed
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language: a plus). Can quickly understand and articulate customer value propositions across the B2B landscape.
  • Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment, excited about making a long-term
  • You are first and foremost a team player, energized by working with various stakeholders from different backgrounds
