Key Job Accountabilities:

• Monitor main financial and economic indicators of your dedicated Tech Domains in relation to the objectives defined by the Senior Management
• Report the Financial KPI of the Tech Domains and contribute to the global performance of the Business Unit
• Support the Business Performance Officer of the Tech Domains to advise the Operational Leads

Main Tasks:

• Monitor, control and report the Tech Domains Financials (actual commitments, monthly account closings, plan, budget, trends)
• Alert on Financial Risks & Opportunities
• Work in close collaboration with Beauty Tech domain heads, their respective PMOs as well as with the Chief Performance Officers
• Contribute to CPP and Project Steerco’s of Projects in scope
• Ensure IFRS and Group’s Standards (financial, accounting, and Group management) and those pertaining to Internal Control are applied

Required qualifications and Experience:

• Master degree from a Business or Engineering school with a Finance specialization
• Around 7 years as external auditor and/or controller, preferably in an IT/Tech company
• Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, ERP and consolidation/reporting systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Magnitude, Power BI).
