Inside Sales Representative

More than 2,500 global organizations (including Dassault Systems, Eurostar International, Spotify, LVMH, Electronic Arts, Qualcomm...) use Kyriba to enhance their global cash visibility, improve financial controls, and increase productivity across their cash and liquidity, payments, supply chain finance and risk management operations. Overview

In a context of growth, Kyriba wishes to strengthen its Southern European sales team.We are looking for an Inside Sales who will be responsible for customer satisfaction and who will participate in achieving our ambitious growth objectives


 


About The Role – Your Key Responsibilities
 

  • Represent Kyriba, our solutions and our services within your scope
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within your sales scope
  • Enlighten, inform and answer our customers' questions about our products, in particular on treasury, finance and risk management subjects.
  • Prepare customer presentations and meetings in collaboration with the sales team you support and with the pre-sales team.
  • Manage small transactional sales (less than $500 MRR)
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to manage overall experience and ensure renewal of contracts at the end of the term.
  • Manage all scoping/pricing and execution of consulting services needed to maintain and enhance Kyriba.
  • Follow up with Marketing leads, outreach for specific client marketing events (ie user groups, client events, conferences, etc).
  • Ensure consistent follow up for smaller accounts that have remained unresponsive.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to cover advanced support requests that require change orders.
  • Ensure opportunity stage and MRR amounts that are attached to the account manager are accurately reflected in order to keep Existing Accounts pipeline and RTS accurate throughout the quarter.
  • About You – Key Qualifications
     

  • You have a master’s degree in sales, marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in a fast-paced environment ideally a treasury software background and/ SaaS industry
  • You are a business-driven person who can identify opportunities and know how to nurture them
  • You are dynamic, motivated and you think you have a strong business acumen
  • you want to support our sales team in its success and achieve ambitious goals as a team
  • You can interact with our prospects to offer them even more innovative solutions adapted to their needs.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint
