Under the responsibility of the Head of Billing and Recovery, you will be in charge of the following tasks

1) Monitoring of invoicing

• Monitoring of outstanding invoices (remaining invoices, advertising campaigns produced and not yet invoiced in order to prepare the inventory entries at the time of the closing of accounting periods)
• Management and follow-up of client invoices on the ERP “KPF” (information system developed by Kwanko to follow the production of advertising campaigns managed by Kwanko on behalf of its clients and suppliers)

2) Administrative management of international client portfolios (Brazil, Portugal, Poland, Germany, UK, Belgium and Spain) and in particular

• Ensure the regular and correct invoicing of the different services on the client portfolio;
• To establish the follow-up of the invoicing statistics and to proceed to the balances of all accounts of the customers;
• Daily follow-up on the payment of clients and dunning by telephone, email and letter;
• Implementing the legal recovery procedure: setting up and following up of the contentious files;
• Implementing weekly reporting and analytical review of outstanding receivables;
• Identify the risks of non-recovery, alert on the increase of the credit risk of the customers and follow the provision of the doubtful debts;
• Ensuring the implementation of the group’s processes on recovery and invoicing.

and you are, within the framework of the missions assigned above, notably in charge of :

• Ensuring the correct application of local taxation (VAT and other withholding taxes or turnover taxes) specific to these subsidiaries
• Reporting any difficulties encountered in the performance of your above tasks to the Cash Collector Group and the Financial Controller Group

• Fluent in English, a good commend of French!
• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Management of Commercial Units
• An interest for digital marketing and the web industry
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Curiosity
• Ability to analyse and summarise
• Good knowledge of Excel
