Kraken Technologies is a company within Octopus Energy Group who are licensing our Kraken platform to energy suppliers globally. Current clients are EDF, EON Next, Origin, Plenitude and Tokyo Gas - with many more expected to join over the next few years. What will you be doing? We are currently implementing Kraken into a large Japanese client, and are looking to expand the team leading operational transformation alongside the platform implementation.  The Senior Client Implementation Lead will lead overall projects on both the operating model e.g. how things are organised and get done around here, as well as the operating environment with direct responsibility for coordinating, managing, building, and delivering Kraken’s cultural change programmes alongside our client. They will need to work in partnership with the technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams.  The Client Implementation Leads: live & breathe the Kraken ways of working, identify problems, create solutions, workshops and training, and effectively communicate these to our clients. They will bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate business cultural change for our clients.
