Job description

Problem to solve:

90% of hotel mattresses are today composed of synthetic materials, like polyurethane

Kipli’s BTB mattresses alternative is:

  • Sustainable & composed by natural materials
  • Long Lasting (x2 rather then synthetiques)
  • Comfortable
  • Biodegradable


Develop and structure the growth of the BTB mattress vertical dedicated to hotels.

  • Define the 2-year plan strategy leading to an ambitious business growth
  • Find the target and address them with the adequate support
  • Crack the market and generate the first turnover objective
  • Staff a dedicated team and structure the growth*

Key Results:

  • Find and close deals
  • Find acquisition path and scale them
  • Work with the acquisition team to generate leads
  • Generate a pipeline and be able to attend the business plan
