    Our mission at Kili is to help F1000 (Safran, Credit Agricole, Bureau Veritas..) and scale-up (VitaDX, Jellysmack…) clients to industrialize their AI projects into production.

    The company secured over $30 million from tier 1 VCs (Serena Capital, Headline, Balderton) with support from top business angels (CEO Algolia, CEO Datadog, and others..). Therefore, Kili is on its way to scale up aggressively to the global market with the best data annotation solution.

    Job description

    At Kili Technology, our ability to integrate in the ML ecosystem is critical: grow our relationships with the world’s top Consultancies and Global System Integrators (GSIs); integrate our products with other parts of the modern ML stack. We are looking for a pioneer to build out our first ever partnerships and alliances team to support building our partner ecosystem through deep relationships with technology partners, and support our growing implementation partner community.

    We have built a foundation with the key players in this space and are looking for a seasoned individual who can execute on scaling up these relationships. Our goal is to capture the full partnership potential by educating these key influencers in the industry and launch high-growth alliance programs that will consistently drive millions of dollars in revenue annually.

    The ideal team member has demonstrated quantifiable success managing enterprise relationships working across the ML/AI tech ecosystem and the GSI landscape with strong existing relationships within these groups. This role requires an individual who can be both strategic and tactical. This team member will maintain an organized and thoughtful approach with account plans that clearly articulate the business value of each alliance to execute on sell-to, co-sell, and reseller objectives.     Key responsibilities:

    As an Alliance/Partnership Manager at Kili, you will,

    • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to define and prioritise the key ecosystem relationships and building out our H2 2021 & 2022 Partnership Strategy

    • Execute on this strategy with a clear set of goals relating to co-marketing, co-selling and product integration

    • Manage a strategic set of partners and execute a successful joint-strategy and GTM to drive revenue with your partners, both influenced and direct

    • Manage partner-specific sales pipelines alongside Account Executives

    • Monitor and report on key metrics across alliances, including Ecosystem Qualified Leads and Ecosystem Value Created.

    • Work closely with Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and partnership consistency across our estate

    Preferred experience

    About you:


    • At least 5 years of alliances and/or technology partnership success with horizontal, deep-tech or infrastructure tech.
    • 2+ years of experience working with or at a top consulting firm/GSI.


    • A deep understanding of the data and analytics space, key technologies in the modern data stack and how Kili Technology fits into that stack.
    • Comfort with carrying pipeline, revenue goals, and overachieving the targets for partnerships.
    • A strong capacity to build and maintain trusted alliance relationships.
    • Strong presentation skills to clearly articulate Kili Technology’s positioning and value proposition.
    • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

    Teamwork: you are a team player and able to work closely with our CEO and all our managers to help them find the best talents.

    Communication: Exceptional communications skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across orgs. Must be able to synthesize complex, multi-party business proposals effectively, in English and French.
