Job description

Purpose of the Role:
Our team is responsible for the maintenance of customer data and servicing of their banking products on our core banking system. We focus on both personal and business customers.
This role is responsible for providing effective and efficient support ensuring that all processes are carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner whilst providing a high quality customer focused service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Processing of Payments, Internal Transfers and Account Closures
· Set-up, amendment and cancellation of Standing Order payment instructions
· Processing of Fixed Term Deposit Maturity and/or Re-investment instructions
· Blocking, cancelling and refunding of Direct Debits
· Updating Customer Data (i.e. address changes, personal detail changes, etc.)
· Upgrading/downgrading account types
· Ensure SLAs and KPIs are being met

Preferred experience

The successful candidate for this role is:

· With Strong analytical ability and attention to detail;
· Results focused;
· Customer focused;
· Newly Graduated students, willing to learn ads - we will provide full training and mentoring;
· MS office products;
· Fluent in English;
· Experience within a similar environment will be an advantage
