Job description
We are looking for talented people who are willing to establish Joko as the most powerful private sales player for brands and retailers in France and internationally, while keeping growing their own skills and expertise.
As Strategic Account Executive, your main mission will be to contribute to the growth of the Private Sales activity by prospecting, signing and developing a portfolio of top brands and retailers. We have big ambitions in this market, intend to impose Joko as the best alternative to legacy players, achieve unprecedented revenue and market share growth, and you’ll be directly involved in this commercial acceleration.
You will report to the Private Sales Business Manager and your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy on your accounts segment
- Mine and generate insights based on Joko’s payment data to produce impactul sales decks
- Prospect and sign top brands and retailers to make them launch a sale on Joko
- Build strong partnerships and ensure the account management of your brands’ portfolio
- Lead and secure the process of the sales you launch with the different departments (logistics, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Work closely with the B2B marketing team to optimise our inbound strategy on your accounts
Preferred experience
- Experience: You have approx 4-5y of experience, either on a similar role in a startup, or in a consulting firm (or equivalent).
- Ambition: You are excited about the opportunity of building a new leading player in the private sales industry, from scratch.
- Commercial skills: You like building strong relationships with your clients and prospects and have great interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analysing data.
- Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.
- Autonomy: You are fully autonomous and able to manage complex projects from A to Z.
- Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have talent for spotting flaws when there are.
- Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
- Languages: You are fluent in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
- Education: You graduated from a top engineering or business school (or equivalent).
