We are looking for talented people who are willing to build the most amazing rewards experience for consumers while keeping growing their own skills and expertise.

As Finance & Legal Manager, you will be responsible for a polyvalent, multi-skilled and highly challenging scope of work. You will report directly to the CFO.

Your responsibilities:

  • Finance: You will prepare monthly financial reports, follow the budget, help set up tools and indicators to report on the company’s financial situation in real time. You will contribute to the research of new fundings (Series B, CIR/CII, R&D and innovation, international expansion, etc.).
  • Accounting: You will participate in the closing and annual audit of the financial statements, and follow up on customers and suppliers invoices and payments.
  • Legal: You will contribute to the monitoring of our capitalization table, help with the preparation of legal documentation (AGO, BSPCE subscriptions), and become an intellectual property specialist. You will help the international expansion of Joko by opening new subsidiaries, set up local working contracts, etc.
  • Compliance: You will be in charge of monitoring our compliance process with regards to the GDPR requirements, and other legal and administration aspects. You will be trained and become a expert in personal data treatment.
  • People: You will help in the preparation of working contracts, and learn how to manage a monthly payroll.

Požadavky na pozici

  • Education: You graduated from a Tier 1 engineering or business school (or equivalent), with a specialization in Finance & Accounting. Legal knowledge will be very much appreciated as well.
  • Experience: You have a proven 2+ years experience in corporate finance, transactions services, private equity, audit, accounting, etc. Ideally, you worked in the tech environment.
  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
  • Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data.
  • Problem solver: You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly. You are proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.
  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.
  • Autonomy: You are fully autonomous and able to manage complex projects from A to Z.
  • Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.
  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have talent for spotting flaws when there are.
