Robin is a visionary entrepreneur obsessed with innovation. He co-founded Cafeyn (formerly Le Kiosk) with Michael Philippe in 2006 and disrupted the codes of the press world by digitizing content to distribute it to as many people as possible. The success was immediate and the company grew exponentially with nearly 3 million subscribers across Europe.
Based on this successful experience, Robin, Michael and Swann Maizil set out to tackle a new market, that of video. They understand before anyone else that the future of content and creators is on social networks and so they create Jellysmack in 2016. Their goal is clear: to become the biggest creator and distributor of videos on social networks in the world.
4 years later the goal is successful as Jellysmack accumulates 9 billion views on its videos every month with a global audience of nearly 500 million people on all platforms. But Robin is convinced that this is only the beginning and that the potential of Jellysmack is infinite!
Paula arrived as a video editor and is now the publishing director of Beauty Studio. Born in Montreal, she grew up between Canada, Lebanon and Paris, where she obtained her Master's degree in Cinema at the Sorbonne. Her studies encouraged her to take a creative approach to Beauty Studio and to initiate the shows Beauty Hacks, Beauty Wow, Boys Do It too, among others. She is particularly excited about the fact that her work at Jellysmack brings together her passions for art, beauty and femininity.
After a successful internship at Thales, Amran plunged into the start-up world while still a student. He discovered a real passion for the entrepreneurial environment where demands, challenges, innovation and pizza always push him to give his best. Working on emerging projects with high potential makes sense to him, especially when the vision of the start-up aligns with his own. This front-end developer wants to have an impact, that's obvious. So it's only logical that once he graduated, he joined a startup: Sport Heroes Group.
But it's at Jellysmack that he finds the right fit, and fully expresses his talent and his great creativity. Agile, he adapts quickly and juggles between different projects, always concerned with creating a product that is faithful to the user's needs. Sunny, he spreads good humor between two lines of code and always finds a way to make the other Jellysmackers laugh.
He also finds time to manage his clothing brand, the French Sherwani, proof that Amran is a passionate worker, who even has time to do all his sports sessions!
Hugo, a graduate of the Digital Communication Master's program, arrived at Jellysmack at the very beginning of the project as an intern. Today, he is the editor-in-chief of Oh My Goal and accompanies a team of 25 people composed of journalists, community managers, editors and graphic designers. A big sports fan, Hugo contributes to the development of Oh My Goal in the United States, France and Asia. His goal is to consolidate the brand as the number one soccer channel on social networks.
Rief has always had a sense of rhythm and a love of image. So it was only natural that she became an editor, multiplying her experiences and deepening her learning. Her speed of execution, precision and accuity combined with her knowledge of digital are her greatest strengths and eventually lead her to Jellysmack.
There, she joins a multicultural, joyful and ambitious environment that fits her perfectly. And Rief shines with a thousand lights. More than an editor, she's an editor, and new opportunities are opening up as the Creator Program expands.
