Today Jellysmack has 9 billion views every month on different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok. We reach 500 million people worldwide, and one out of every four Americans watches our videos.

Job description & Main responsibilities

To say that our HR team puts people first is an understatement. Here, human qualities and emotional intelligence are just as important as professional skills or the ability to shine during a karaoke session.

Our positions are as varied as our backgrounds. Our prerequisites are as different as each person’s qualities, but what unites us is our altruistic will to move Jellysmack forward with tact and efficiency.

Never lacking in effort, and always striving to make everyone’s daily life easier, we are a team of 10 people (Human Resources, Recruitment, Communication, and Internal Culture & Office Management) with a big heart. Joining the HR team means joining a group of diverse personalities active in the field and close to our Jellysmackers. We are proactive, innovative, intellectually flexible, and we have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for our future Internal communication assistant to support our Culture & Communication Manager on his daily tasks which include :

• Define and formalize Jellysmack’s corporate culture based on existing values
• Identify and develop internal and external communication tools to circulate the Jellysmack philosophy/culture
• Ensure regular publication and updates on the communication tools developed and manage the community management of Feed JellySmack.
• To be a proactive partner in developing and deploying other communication tools.

• You are studying in a communication school or business school with a communication speciality and you already have an experience ideally in internal communication
• You’re bilingual in English
• You’re comfortable with Photoshop, proficient skills in premiere pro is a plus
• Creative, self-sufficient and stand-out, inventing your work doesn’t scare you
