Your mission👇

The Product Manager will guide the leadership team, define the roadmap and lead the engineering and design teams to deliver global and mobile customer experiences by driving innovation through data analysis and qualitative client feedback. More specifically, you will collaborate with the Data teams to help address business needs through a data product approach. You will leverage your knowledge of data concepts (datalake, dataware, data visualization, machine learning…) to understand the requirements of the product and help organize the data roadmap accordingly.

What you’ll do ✏

• Lead the definition of product strategy and roadmap for data and analytics offerings
• Collaborate and contribute to the curation of the overarching product vision and roadmap
• Usher new features and products through all phases of the product launch plan
• Deliver market and product requirements with feature prioritization and justification
• Maintain a pulse on the market including the competitive landscape, TAM, SWOT, and emerging trends
• Define and model product pricing and scenarios
• Influence the core positioning and messaging for product features
• Develop and maintain sales toolkit materials
• Perform product demos and host training sessions
• Participate in and lead meetings with partners, clients, and prospects as required

Profil recherché

About you 💪

• Experience working with data-related organizations including those delivering analytics software, predictive modeling, business intelligence, or data enrichment solutions
• Strong curiosity and professional confidence in conducting market research for the purpose of understanding target market problems and opportunities to add value.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with various teams throughout the
organization and to build external relationships which add value to the company.
• Demonstrate proven abilities of effective written communication and presentation skills, including development of product presentations, product collateral, product vision, thought leadership content and presentation to internal sales teams, internal technology teams, clients and partners.
• Possess business and technical savvy and passion about building products.
• Exhibit strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
• Desired Skills:
• Experience and general understanding of FinTech solution providers and core digital banking solutions
• Experience monetizing data analytics through data products
