About the role
As People Operation Specialist at InterCloud, you will be responsible for the smooth running of General Administration, Payroll and Compliance in all our regions. You will be the single point of contact and the subject matter expert for employees and providers.

Reporting to the Head of HR, your mission will be to :

  • Manage all admin aspects related to employees’ lifecycle (onboarding enrollment, contracts, amendments, departures…)
  • Prepare and process payroll across regions (outsourced payroll in France, UK, Spain, Netherlands and other countries to come)
  • Provide frontline operational and admin support
  • Design, scale and document HR operations and policies across our regions
  • Maintain and update HR dashboards (staff register, BDES, BSI, compensation…)
  • Manage the HRIS (Bamboo) and other HR tools
  • Manage relationships with partners (health insurance; medical visit…)
  • Ensure Compliance with operating countries regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and / or procedures as required
  • Provide help in the set up of new local entities (finding partners, establish processes, contracts etc…)
  • Work with the HRBP on administrative aspects of trainings
  • Contribute to transverse projects with the rest of the team

Požadavky na pozici

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years experience in a similar role
  • HR degree or related
  • Excellent knowledge of French labour law and Syntec (other European countries is a real plus)
  • Customer service mindset and positive attitude
  • Fluent in French and English
