Who are they?

Hublo builds a simple and user-friendly digital platform to help hospitals, clinics and retirement homes find staff easily and efficiently, so that they can refocus on their core mission: saving lives.

Better managing staff on a daily basis, saving time and improving the quality of life at work are strong issues highlighted by the Covid-19 crisis. During this crisis, pursuing its mission, Hublo pro bono offered its platform by creating the initiative #Renforts-Covid, to encourage solidarity among healthcare professionals. In partnership with 11 of the 13 regional branches of the Health Ministry in France, Hublo helped gather more than 60,000 volunteer professionals in 2 months, who supported 6,000 healthcare facilities in crucial need for extra-hands during this epidemic.

As of now, Hublo is deployed in almost 3,200 healthcare facilities and is used by more than 500,000 healthcare professionals, thus contributing to the healthcare system digitization and to the hospital of the future.

From +110 team members today in Paris and Sophia-Antipolis, the Hublo team is still growing in France and beyond. Recently, they opened an office in Cologne in Germany.

Job description

Our Marketing team is looking for their new intern! At the crossroads of the Marketing, Sales and Data teams, you will work directly with the Growth Marketing manager to collect, complete, and maintain our CRM data in order to participate directly in the success of our business development.

You will have the opportunity to work in a hyper-growth structure where you will be able to make decisions, use your imagination on a daily basis and have a real impact on growth. You will have a lot of autonomy and responsibilities, and the chance to grow.

It will also be a chance for you to learn how to use a CRM solution, participate in the creation of successful campaigns, and work and learn alongside Marketing, Sales and Data specialists.

Your main missions will be to:

  • Collect data: Collect and complete the customer data that we lack today in our CRM (Hubspot) to run successful acquisition campaigns and make it as easy as possible for our sales teams to set appointments (by using all possible on & off tools).
  • Update data: Implement all the necessary actions to ensure that our current customer database contains the most up-to-date data possible with the help of the data team, for example :

    • Optimize the collection processes, work on the implementation of lead nurturing and lead scoring
    • Share best practices
    • Contact the establishments and our contacts by e-mail or telephone
  • Test and report our lead automations:

    • By regularly testing all of our lead system collection (demo form or contact form on the website) to ensure that they are working properly and that the information collected is complete and useful for our sales team
    • Participate in performance monitoring (leads, MQL, SQL)

Preferred experience

  • You have ideally a first experience in a marketing or data team
  • You’ve ideally already used a CRM and/or handled a database
  • Good oral and written communication skills, in both English and French (this position requires fluency in French)
  • You are rigorous and methodical, and can work autonomously
  • You have an analytical mind and an interest in data
  • Knowledge of how a sales team operates would be a plus

Recruitment process
