You will work for our Loyalty tribe, which includes portals: iGraal and Shoop, European leaders in cashback and rewards. These platforms alert customers with the best deals from customers' favourite websites and mobile apps to enjoy cashback and money-saving services instantly. Our brands offer customers cash rewards within a network of more than 4,000 online merchants and top-tier brands. As a result, since 2010, we have redistributed over €100 million in cashback.

We are currently looking for Head of Key Account Management Loyalty Germany  (m/f/d) to join our KAM Team in Berlin or Paris. In this role you will be responsible for leading the KAM team and the relationships with advertisers and affiliate networks.  You will work for our brand Shoop, the operator of Germany's No.1 cashback platform, and iGraal DE, part of iGraal - top-3 European cashback membership program providing cashback to millions of users in France, Germany, and Spain. Among many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Oversee all sales and account management initiatives and activities in the local market
  • Implement short and long-term strategies for client retention and growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and advertisers and ensure a high-quality yet cost-effective service to advertisers
  • Train, coach, and develop the account management team
  • Define goals, targets, and KPIs for the team
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry and identify opportunities in the market
  • Attend industry events and sharpen the profile of Cashback as a viable Marketing channel

We are a match if you have...

  • At least 7 years of work experience in sales, account management, business development, orsimilar. Affiliate-Industry (Agency, Network, Publisher) would be a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams
  • Highly motivated and self-driven to create and communicate the vision
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven to be able to monitor and improve KPIs
  • Strong management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
  • Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization
  • Fluency in both German and English
