Job description

1) Mission

This role is about understanding our leads to qualify and convert them into customers. You will be closely working with the Marketing Specialist to better qualify EyePick’s prospects and convert them.

a) - Lead generation

  • Set up your outbound prospecting strategy on your verticals in order to achieve your objectives: lead generation, qualification of leads (via calls, meetings, e-mails, LinkedIn, etc.), post-closing development plan (animation and development of a client portfolio).
  • Align with the Marketing team to increase inbound lead generation quality.

b) - Convert lead into customers

  • Navigate the organization of Key Accounts and design a clear mapping for your prospects: gather the right people (C-Level, marketing and operations) around the table to move deals forward and navigate existing accounts to expand the business.
  • Build strong commercial relationships with regional directors, sector managers and site directors to accelerate deployments and activate sites.

c) - Internal processes

  • Report all the information collected clearly in our CRM.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales playbook and team’s processes.

Preferred experience

2) Profile

a) - Minimal requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Development experience in Food, Retail or Logistics
  • Clear understanding of B2B sales techniques fundamentals
  • Organized and rigorous (keeping a CRM, managing pipelines, etc.)
  • Good communicator, you have good interpersonal skills and like to serve customers
  • Excelling in cold prospecting (phone, email and physical)
  • Language: French and English (Professional Working Proficiency)

b) - Preferred skills

  • Speaks Italian and/or Spanish
  • Appetency for tech
  • Experience in selling complex tech products

  • Not an off-the-shelf sales! EyePick is a deeptech company who sells a complex product. This position is not about off-the-shelf sales. You are required to dive into the use-cases and customer’s specific needs and orient the presentations accordingly. A taste for challenge and tech is a must have.
