Join our New Sales Hub in Prague supporting ExxonMobil’s lubricants business in Europe. We own world-class brands like our famous Mobil1 and maintain business relations via authorized distributors, direct accounts and strategic global accounts including Original Equipment Manufacturers across automotive and industrial sectors.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

  • You will be responsible for providing specialized support to a portfolio of authorized distributors offering application expertise and solutions of EM products in specific sectors
  • You will support and give guidance in development of marketing programs, sales pipeline and account management standards in designated sector
  • You will contribute to pricing decisions consistent with defined offer standards
  • You will provide insights into market conditions, competitor activities and emerging opportunities
  • You will provide guidance in execution of defined technical services offer in designated sectors

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of Sales Force and sales pipeline
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and German
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Analytic, strategic and tactical mind-set
