WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

As a Replenishment scheduler, you will be responsible for developing operational supply or replenishment schedules and plans within our supply network (terminals or warehouses):

Your tasks:

  • Execute product replenishment planning mainly from EM supplying affiliates and 3rd Party vendors
  • Work with regional supply planners, third party supply providers, and production schedulers to operate monthly supply demand balance processes
  • Support network inventory build, run-down and product change-over (phase in/ phase out) according to the product line change management process. Support plan for inventory builds associated with activities such as promotions, plant engineering projects, system upgrades or production outages
  • Lead or assist in generation of dead stock / slow moving / excessive imported inventory disposal and redeployment plan
  • Resolve / minimize impact of product shortages via zone or regional deployment and/or production expedition etc.

Požadavky na pozici

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree from a relevant Faculty or 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Transportation concepts: forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics, delivery performance, carrier negotiation, inventory and S&OP
  • Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data
  • Detailed and decision & results oriented
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and drive
  • Proactive (self-starter)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Function effectively in a team environment, including virtual environments
  • Strong judgment, including ability to make quality decisions
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP APO preferable
